Chai Street Returns & Refund Policy
At Chai Street, we want you to love every sip. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
- Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
To start a return contact us on support@chaistreet.com.au clearly stating your order number. If the return is accepted we will send you instructions to return the item.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted for:
• Items not in original condition
• Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a standard processing window.

If you haven’t received your refund:

Contact your credit card provider—processing times can vary.
Contact your bank—refund posting times may differ.

Sale/Clearance Items
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale or Clearance items cannot be refunded.
- Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

- Returns Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.
For high-value items (over $75), we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of return goods.
